  wow O_O good question. For me the ideas are mostly come in very random moments (like dish washing, eating,working ,etc.) That’s why I always have a lot’s of little piece of papers with these little stick figures XD —->http://namiren.tumblr.com/post/17887630480/ive-never-been-a-spontaneous-artist-i-love ,then after in a calm moment I just sit down ,enlarge the composition sketch and start it … for anatomy I mostly just use the mirror I don’t like stock photos.
I really rarely able to “just sit down and draw something” ,I’ve tried it but I’m not able to be spontaneous^^” I always need some kind of idea ,what are usually comes from my every day life (good and bad too :()
